The Emperor's Egg!
Geronimo!
This term in English, we will be reading The Emperors Egg and Geronimo as our inspiration for our writing.
We will also be exploring Antarctica through our Topic work, locating Antarctica on a map and researching the Emperor penguin, focusing on adaptations they have made to survive the harsh climate!
In DT, we will be designing and making torches using our knowledge from last term about circuits.
Our science topic is States of matter. This will involve planning our own investigations and looking at how solids, liquids and gases can alter their states of matter.
Useful information
Our PE days will be a Friday. We will be walking to dragonfly leisure to use their amazing gymnastic facilities.
Homework is set on a Friday and handed back in the following Thursday.
